"I'm very satisfied with my purchase. The only down side with with the ordering department, I had paid the extra up-charge to have the glove engraved with my name, but when the glove arrived there was no engraving....
The customer service department was great in trying to fix the situation but I did not want to have to send the glove back and have to wait even longer to have to use the glove.
They removed the charge from my CC."
